THE SCIENCE BEHIND THE PROGRAM

The Brain can still heal itself with the right conditions
This program is grounded in the research of Professor Shai Efrati (Tel Aviv University / Sagol Center for Hyperbaric Medicine) and the latest advances in neurorehabilitation science, neuroplasticity, and regenerative medicine — applied in a structured, clinically sequenced 12-week protocol.

After a stroke or traumatic brain injury, doctors often speak of a "recovery window" — implying that after a certain point, nothing more can be done. 
The emerging science of neuroplasticity tells a different story:

The brain retains the ability to reorganise, repair and form new neural connections throughout life — if it is given the right biological conditions. The problem is that damaged brain tissue is often not dead — it is dormant.
 Reduced blood flow, chronic inflammation and mitochondrial dysfunction keep neurons in a state of functional hibernation. They are not working, but they are not lost. 

The core of this programme is creating the conditions in which dormant neurons can reawaken and damaged tissue can repair.
HBOT, combined with transcranial photobiomodulation and targeted cognitive stimulation, does exactly that — triggering neuroplasticity, restoring oxygen delivery, reducing inflammation and rebuilding neural connectivity through a precisely sequenced protocol that standard rehabilitation cannot replicate.

HYPERBARIC OXYGEN THERAPY (HBOT)

You breathe 100% pure oxygen inside a pressurised chamber, at levels significantly above normal atmospheric pressure. Sessions run for 120 minutes, five days per week, throughout the full 12 weeks of the program — 60 sessions in total. HYPEROXIC-HYPOXIC PARADOX (HHP)

HHP is a protocol that alternates between high-oxygen and low-oxygen breathing within the HBOT session. This precise, controlled oscillation is designed to trigger a paradoxical and powerful biological response that amplifies the benefits of HBOT alone. COGNITIVE STIMULATION DEVICE

A scientifically designed programme of cognitive exercises and mental tasks, delivered during HBOT sessions. TRANSCRANIAL PHOTOBIOMODULATION

Photobiomodulation uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light delivered directly to targeted regions of the brain through the skull — transcranially. This is a non-invasive, painless therapy with a growing clinical evidence base for neurological conditions. Unlike standard red light therapy, this protocol is designed specifically for brain stimulation.
