YOUR 4-NIGHT JOURNEY

DAY 1 - Arrival & Grounding Ritual: Arrive and settle into Hotel Vinhais. Enjoy a gentle grounding session with breathing, body awareness, and intention-setting.

DAY 2 - Mindfulness & Breathwork Foundations: Morning meditation to focus on presence and breath. Afternoon breathwork workshop to reduce stress and reconnect with yourself.

Day 3 — Deepening Practice & Nature Immersion: Guided meditation inspired by nature. Restorative breathwork for emotional release. Optional journaling or silent nature walk.

Day 4 — Integration & Inner Harmony: Mindful movement with gentle stretching and breath-led flow. Evening meditation focused on gratitude and self-compassion.
